A simple and effective connection, resulting in more comfortable and productive work for all parties involved. Now, with our new feature, the possibilities in this regard are elevated even further.
The Assistant is a feature designed to allow the laboratory's client to place orders in a more guided and structured way, following the guidelines set by the center. Once the latter has configured certain elements in their Products, the ordering process is completely transformed.
Now, under this tool, the request will follow the specific steps prepared by the laboratory and will be required to include the information requested by the laboratory (try-in date, milling file, color...). The ordering process will go through an established order of sub-sections that the client will get used to immediately, ensuring that the laboratory has everything it needs to get to work right away.
